Manhattan work is facade work first. Prewar walk-ups, tenements and brownstones move through the Local Law 11 cycle every five years, parapets need their own annual inspection, and roofs and copings fail long before anyone sees it from the street. We run the whole program as one firm: engineer's report, sidewalk shed, repair, sign-off, with tenants in place.
Inside, we renovate apartments in co-ops and condos to the building's alteration agreement, kitchens and bathrooms included, and we handle the DOB and DOT violations that come with owning property here. Being based in the East Village means a site visit is a short walk or a short ride, not a day trip.
