Local Law 11, also known as the Façade Inspection & Safety Program (FISP), applies to buildings over six stories. The inspection itself is handled by a qualified exterior wall inspector, but once repair work is identified, you need a contractor who understands what the engineer is asking for and can actually execute it in the field.
