Over time, the mortar joints can wash out, bricks can loosen, coping can crack and entire sections can start leaning or separating. Because parapets are high above the sidewalk and roof, these problems should be taken seriously.

When an engineer or parapet observer identifies a condition, we can work from the report and repair scope. For older walls, we also look at the surrounding masonry so we are not fixing one small area while ignoring deterioration right next to it.
