Bathroom Remodeling in NYC

Bathrooms are small compared with most rooms, but they involve a lot of trades packed into one space. A clean finished bathroom depends on what happens behind the tile just as much as the fixtures you see at the end.

S&J NY Construction Inc. provides complete bathroom remodeling for homeowners, landlords, property managers and investors throughout NYC.

Our work can include demolition, framing, plumbing and electrical coordination, shower construction, waterproofing, cement board, tile, niches, vanities, toilets, drywall, painting, lighting, exhaust fans, doors and trim.

We pay close attention to waterproofing and surface preparation because those are the areas that can create major problems later if they are rushed. We also keep the different stages coordinated so the job moves from demolition to finish work in the right order.

Whether you want a simple rental-property refresh or a full custom bathroom, we can review the space and build a scope around your budget and design.
