S&J NY Construction Inc. handles kitchen renovations ranging from straightforward updates to full gut remodels. We work in houses, apartments, rentals and investment properties throughout New York City.
Our work can include demolition, framing, drywall, skim coating, painting, flooring, tile backsplashes, cabinet installation, trim, doors, lighting and coordination of plumbing, electrical and countertops.
Some clients keep the existing layout and replace the finishes. Others move appliances, open walls, add an island or completely change the way the kitchen flows. We plan the construction around the actual scope instead of forcing every project into the same package.
If you are planning a kitchen renovation, send us photos, measurements or drawings. We can review the project and put together a proposal based on what you actually want done.
Need an estimate? Send photos, drawings or the project scope and we will review the work with you.
